Registro de Operadores Intracomunitarios (ROI) para traductores autónomos

Hola, compañeros:

¿Alguien me puede decir si los traductores autónomos estamos obligados a estar registrados en el ROI en caso de trabajar, por ejemplo, para Alemania?
