Que artículo para facturar a una empresa en las Canarias sin IVA

Hola a todos,
Vivo en Madrid y voy a facturar a una empresa en las Canarias para una traducción, y querría comprobar una cosa. Sé que no se cobra IVA para las Canarias, pero no tengo claro cómo poner esto en la factura:

"Operación no sujeta a I.V.A. artículo 69"
o
"Operación no sujeta a I.V.A. artículo 70"

No sé si es artículo 69 o 70.
