Régimen fiscal de Ceuta y Melilla

España es un país que me encanta y donde fue muchas veces para aprender el castellano castizo. Los españonles son gente muy amables.
No me gustan impuestos. Si España tuviera la misma tasa de impuestos que Cyprus iría a vivir en Andalucia (mucho sol).
Pero con todo hay excepciones. Sé que las Canarias tienen un régimen fiscal especial. Es también así con Ceuta y Melilla?
