Alt+Left/Right Not Working with JA-01 to EN-US

Hi,

From experience, using Wordfast 5.52zu has been extremely buggy for my case.
We are translating from Japanese to English.

When there are multiple matches, pressing Alt+Left or Alt+Right should cycle through the similar matches right?
We have proved this to work on a EN-US to TL-01 (English to Tagalog) setting.
But when using JA-01 to EN-US, it gives us a [Visual Basic Runtime Error '9': Subscript out of range].

From experience, using Wordfast 5.52zu has been extremely buggy for my case.
We are translating from Japanese to English.

When there are multiple matches, pressing Alt+Left or Alt+Right should cycle through the similar matches right?
We have proved this to work on a EN-US to TL-01 (English to Tagalog) setting.

This is not good. Note that all TMs used in our scenarios are in Unicode format (even the EN-US to TL-01 which are not double-byte) so the error is not in our TMs, nor glossary.
And besides that, even in the EN-US to TL-01 trial, we found a minor bug.
This is a quote from the manual.
"When Wordfast finds more than one possible translation for a source segment, the match value appears with a blue and bold type. Using the Alt+Left shortcut at that point will generate a window that contains all matches found, with their attributes. The Alt+Right shortcut will show the other possible translations – the proposed translation will be displayed one after the next in the target segment. Alt+Right/Left will let you cycle through all proposed translations."

However, pressing Alt+Left first does not generate any window. It only turns our targen segment into a blank segment. Then pressing successive Alt+Right, you'll notice another bug which is the targets background color and the % match (does not update anymore).

Please advise.

Ok, so it was verified to be a bug for version 5.52zu.
We have updated to 5.52zw1.

At least the Alt+Left/Right now works... well partially.
1.) Alt+Left still does not generate a window with the similar matches, even using EN-US to TL-01.

2.) The background color and % match are still buggy after a few Alt+Left and Alt+Right trials.

At least the Alt+Left/Right now works... well partially.
1.) Alt+Left still does not generate a window with the similar matches, even using EN-US to TL-01.

2.) The background color and % match are still buggy after a few Alt+Left and Alt+Right trials.

3.) MAJOR Problem: The # of matches found (which can be found in the status bar) from the TM sometimes gets additional 'phantom' matches, meaning even if there are really only 4 similar matching (how do we know for sure? because there are only 4 TUs in the TM), the number of possible matches would sometimes go up to as much as 8 or 9! Where do these matches come from?? We have unchecked everything (BTM, VLTM, MT, etc..) but this bug is still there. I guess this is related to bug #2 I stated.
