Concealment
The act of intentionally not revealing information that should be disclosed and would otherwise affect the terms or creation of a contract. A concealment can occur through either purposeful misrepresentation or withholding of material facts.
Where the information could not have been known by the other party and it is known to be material by the concealing party, the concealment can give grounds for nullifying the contract.

Podstawowe typy oszustw podatkowych to:
I. Zatajenie materialne przedmiotów podlegających opodatkowaniu.
Zatajenie materialne jest możliwe we wszystkich podatkach. Polega ono m.in. na nieewidencjonowaniu całości przychodów ze sprzedaży towarów lub usług, stosowanie nieprawidłowych stawek ryczałtu ewidencjonowanego itd.
II. Zatajenie rachunkowe, czyli sporządzanie tzw. podwójnej księgowości - jednej dla celów podatkowych, drugiej odzwierciedlającej rzeczywiste operacje. Zatajenie rachunkowe reguluje art. 193 Ordynacji podatkowej, który stanowi, że księgi podatkowe prowadzone rzetelnie i w sposób niewadliwy stanowią dowód tego, co wynika z zawartych w nich zapisów. Księgi podatkowe uważa się za rzetelne, jeżeli dokonywane w nich zapisy odzwierciedlają stan rzeczywisty.
III. Zatajenie prawne, czyli upozorowanie czynności prawnej.
