เภสัชกรแสกนบาร์โค้ดในระบบ PHIS หลังตรวจสอบยาเสร็จและบันทึกตัดจ่ายก่อนส่งยาออกจากห้องเคมีบำบัด ตามรอบการส่งยา
Proposed translations

Maintain a record of consumption
Not an exact match, I'm afraid. I found the term ambiguous. I think it refers to stock/inventory control procedure i.e to check how much drugs are available to dispense. My first thought is the same as Theresa’s suggestion which is “to dispense”. But after some thought, I think this process refers to the inventory control part. The word ตัดจ่าย itself is more of an accounting term. So I would think this can be “maintain a record of consumption” or something along those lines if there is an alternative.
Hope this helps.

Just realised I post the wrong link. It should be this one instead. http://apps.who.int/medicinedocs/en/d/Js7919e/10.3.html

Actually, 7.5 may work better. The context may give you better clue.
Hope this helps.

Note from asker:
Thank you for the valuable link. Looking at it, could you please give any more advice as to why it might refer to point number 7.3 and not 7.5 on the same link (Receipts for drugs dispensed..."receipts issued before the drug is given to the patient")? We're trying to determine, from the above sentence, whether after checking the drugs, the pharmacist a) maintains record of consumption before sending the drugs...; or b) issues a receipt for drugs dispensed before sending the drugs... Appreciate your help, thanks. |

Dispense
Siriraj Hospital uses "dispense" for จ่ายยา, and the websites/docs provided in the references also use dispense when describing their drug management systems.
