Hi everyone,
Here is the sentence: "IRM cérébrale est réalisée pour bilan de céphalées holocrâniennes et cervicalgies"
Does this mean "headaches affecting the entire head" or can I say "tension-type headaches"?
I found this classification: https://ichd-3.org/classification-outline/
Thanks
Joanna

generalized headaches
These are just headaches which are not localized to a certain area or hemisphere. You might call them diffuse headaches or generalized headaches.
See also: https://www.verywellhealth.com/headache-location-5215444
"Tension type" is a different categorization which is based on the nature rather than the localization of pain. While tension-type headaches are often generalized, they may also be confined to the nuchal-occipital area, and "tension type" is not an adequate translation of holocrânienne.
