English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) License Grant

Customer's rights under this Section shall be limited solely to the distribution of the Authorized Application for installation at the Site(s), as defined in the applicable Digital Subscription Rider(s) and use by the End User(s).

THIS RIDER IS GOVERNED BY AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAWS).

As used herein, “Rider” means this Rider, together with any written amendments, extensions or renewals of any of the foregoing.
This Rider constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and XXX with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and shall not be modified, amended or terminated except as herein or therein provided or except by another agreement in writing executed by the Parties hereto
