whatever jurisdiction may apply according to their current or any future domicile

See West Business and Law Dictionary for rendering the word “fuero” or Pina’s Mexican Law Dictionary defining fuero as “jurisdicción especial”

agree Andrew Bramhall : Yes, this isn't about entitlement per se, but about what may apply somewhere down the line;

neutral philgoddard : I think this is just a reworking of patinba's answer. Also, 'any' is not necessary.

neutral Adrian MM. : *les* podría corresponder - crucially might apply to *them*, rather than generally. It is about entitlement. Otherwise, stupid comments from AB and Neilmac https://www.lsd.law/define/laying-of-the-venue

agree neilmac : I prefer this to "venue", which I mainly identify with concerts etc.

agree Adrian MM. : Interesting use of AmE speak of (legal) venue vs. Meridy L.'s BrE of jurisdiction. Not the other way round https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/27...

neutral AllegroTrans : "entitled" is not really the appropriate verb here, it's a question of "being applicable" // maybe, but as we simply don't know, "apply" seems to be the safest verb to use here

The party may be entitled to claim that the courts of another place or country should try the case// I have posted two reputable examples one using"entitled" and another "corresponding to" (a similar meaning).
