"Jurisdiction of the court", but venue in relation to territorial competence
The court and authorities of the state of Colorado and the Federal District Court of the State of Colorado shall have jurisdiction over all controversies which may arise with the respect to the enforcement of all rights under this agreement, including those of the agent, the parties hereby expressly waiving any other venue to which they might be entitled by virtue of domicile or otherwise.

: "entitled" is not really the appropriate verb here, it's a question of "being applicable" // maybe, but as we simply don't know, "apply" seems to be the safest verb to use here
