Chamber of Commerce. I can't see much difference between the Giunta and Consiglio. Is one a committee?

@Phil No, it is a company is of the chamber. Newly established. In fact they run into a quagmire of all the different entities and one gets confused.

Seems as this "Azienda" is a company controlled by a Chamber of Commerce and that the chair of the company is appointed by the exececutive (giunta) of the CofC but that chair must be a member of the "consiglio camerale". Is that right from the rest of the text?

Or just 'board' if the term is repeated.

I don't think 'council' works, because of 'consiglio', and neither does 'cabinet'.

This body is basically the same as a company's board of directors. And you don't need to translate 'camerale', because we already know this is about a chamber of commerce.

neutral James (Jim) Davis : In the context there is an Azienda, Consiglio Camerale and Giunta Camerale. Boards of Directors are immediately associated with companies and would confuse the picture even if some Florida and English Chambers of Commerce do have boards of directors.
