ich habe gerade ein Empfehlungsschreiben eines US-Kaufhauses vor mir liegen und finde einfach keine ansprechende Übersetzung für die o. g. Stellenbezeichnung.

Der ganze Satz lautet:
Mister X began as a *3rd Shift Stock associate*, where he was responsible for stocking Shelves and building features of Merchandise.
Kein weiterer Kontext diesbezüglich.

"associate" ist nur dazu da, um dem Job "Wichtigkeit" zu verleihen. Glaube nicht, dass man das im Deutschen so rüberbringen kann.
