Whole sentence: Questions for a short 'cold' interview with Mr. xxx, for internal communication use in xxx (company name).
(Answers are included in the text, but it is not clear whether they are authentical answers from the interviewee or provided answers for the interview)

Anyone familiar with this expression? Does 'cold' here mean 'sachlich' , 'vorbereitet' or anything else?
