Vertical measurement axis

Burada “seal” sızdırmazlık elemanı ama “still well” değil.
Yazıda, oynar tavanlı tankın tavanına monte edilmiş ekipmanı (contalar, kılavuz borular gibi) aşıp geçen kaçakların oluşturduğu emisyondan söz ediliyor.
Bu tankların tepeleri genleşmeye izin verecek şekilde yukarı-aşağıya hareket eder (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:External_floating_roof_tan...
Tankın oynar tavanının contalarından ve tavandan içeriye giren kılavuz borulardan oluşan kaçaklar söz konusu.
