Avrop is widely used - To specify actual individual deliveries under a frame agreement covering multiple items to be delivered over time, often to different places. When Norway contracts for fighter planes, avrop will be used to specify which planes go where and when.

The way I see it is that questions can be asked separately from those set out in a table/on a form ("avrop" has usually meant "sub-order" when I've seen it in my work). Hope it helps.
