Spanish term
a pesar incluso del ser humano
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Advertising / Public Relations
Le he dado muchas vuestas a "human being" "man" y otras posibilidades. Finalmente lo interpreto, no muy convencido así:
"Advertising on television has a great impact on the social behavior of man, and that even in spite of man".

Comment: "Muchas gracias, Margaret. Corresponde al sentido. Pero para mi contexto he preferido emplear "man"."

even despite human beings themselves
Suena bien, apenas.

even in spite of their being human
I think you need to keep it simple to reflect the word-play - human being, being human. So:
"Advertising on television has a big impact on the social behaviour of human beings, even in spite of their being human."
I read it as a humorous/sardonic observation, though I could be wrong.
You could also have a slightly different word order - "in spite, even, of..."
