Exclusive Remedies: ****. (“Seller”) warrants the ****™ personal safety alert watch (the “Product”) (but not any component readily replaceable by purchaser, including without limitation any battery, crystal, band or strap) for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from material defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any breach of warranty related to the Product within such one-year warranty period, Seller, in its discretion, will repair the Product at a location selected by Seller, or replace the Product, or disburse a refund of the purchase price, provided that the Product is returned at the purchaser's expense, with proof of purchase and purchase date. These remedies are the exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. This limited warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and gives only the original purchaser specific legal rights that may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1) Defects or damage related to servicing not performed by Seller or Seller's authorized representative;
2) Defects or damage to the Product after the expiration of the one-year warranty period;
3) Defects or damage from accidents, tampering, abuse, misuse or improper storage; or
4) Failure to operate the Product as provided in the accompanying instructions.
Seller makes no representations or warranties with regard to the contents of the User's Manual and Quick Start Guide included with the Product at the time of purchase.
Non-Seller branded equipment is sold “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind from Seller, including any implied warranty regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights, and all such warranties are disclaimed. The sole warranty, if any, for non-Seller branded items, if any, is given by the producer thereof.
Periodic Testing: You should test the alarm mechanism of the Product periodically to determine whether the battery and alarm mechanism are functioning properly. When your battery is depleted, have it replaced promptly.
Warranty Disclaimer: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY. If applicable law precludes the disclaimer of implied warranties as provided herein, then such implied warranties shall be limited to the one-year warranty period set forth above.
Limitation of Seller's Liability: Seller's maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price paid by the original purchaser.
Limitation of Remedies: Seller SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Translation - Spanish GARANTÍA LIMITADA
Compensaciones exclusivas: **** (el “Vendedor”) garantiza, por un periodo de un año a partir de la fecha de compra, que el reloj de alerta de seguridad personal ****™ (el “Producto”) está libre de defectos de materiales o de mano de obra (sin contar los componentes fácilmente cambiables por el comprador, incluyendo pero no limitándose a baterías, micas, bandas o correas). En caso de incumplimiento de la garantía relacionada con el Producto durante el tiempo de vigencia de un año de dicha garantía, el Vendedor, a su criterio, reparará el Producto en un lugar escogido por el Vendedor, o remplazará el Producto, o hará el reembolso del precio de compra, siempre y cuando el Producto sea devuelto con gastos a cargo del comprador y se incluya una prueba de compra y la fecha de la misma. Éstas son las únicas compensaciones por incumplimiento de garantía. Esta garantía limitada beneficia exclusivamente al comprador original y sólo le da a éste derechos legales específicos que pueden variar de una jurisdicción a otra.
Esta Garantía Limitada no cubre:
1) Defectos o daños relacionados con el mantenimiento no hecho por el Vendedor o un representante autorizado por el Vendedor;

El Vendedor no provee representaciones ni garantías con respecto a los contenidos del Manual del Usuario o la Guía de Inicio Rápido incluidos con el producto a la hora de la compra.
Los componentes no pertenecientes al Vendedor se venden "tal cual" y sin ningún tipo de garantía por parte del Vendedor, incluyendo cualquier garantía implícita sobre la comercialización, idoneidad para un propósito específico, y no incumplimiento de derechos de terceros, y se niegan todas estas garantías. La única garantía, si la hay, para los productos que no son del Vendedor, si los hubiera, la da el productor en cuestión.
Pruebas Periódicas: Debe hacer pruebas periódicas del mecanismo de alarma del Producto para determinar si la batería y el mecanismo de alarma funcionan correctamente. Cuando se agote la batería, remplácela a la mayor brevedad posible.
Descargo de Responsabilidad de la Garantía: ESTA GARANTÍA ES EXCLUSIVA Y REMPLAZA A TODAS LAS OTRAS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO PERO SIN LIMITARSE A CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA SOBRE LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN Y LA IDEONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO ESPECÍFICO. NO HAY GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE CALIDAD. Si las leyes aplicables descartan el descargo de responsabilidad de las garantías implícitas halladas aquí, entonces tales garantías implícitas se verán limitadas a un periodo de garantía de un año como está previsto más arriba.
