Thai language characters are all square. Please help

Hi,

I just download the software, so I don't really know anything.
I upload my ms word file to the program, but all of the Thai characters are square box. I really don't know what went wrong.
Please help. Thank you.

You will have to select an appropriate font, like Arial Unicode MS for all items in this list:
