I donot have admin costs.
I have minimum charges for translation and for interpretation it is 2 hours.
The multiple mails before getting the order and follow-up for payment etc, clarifications during the work are part of this game.

Similar to :Just because the pipeline is full, we cannot avoid cold calling. It is just to ensure it remains full in future too. I cannot recover this time expenditure from any client.
