In the south of Thailand, my country, local people speak Yawee or a Malayan dialect. We have civil unrest for a long time and we also have a similar type of dictionary like Kannada to promote communication with Thai speakers in general. But I understand that language diversity in India is much larger than Thailand and many other countries. Other languages in India should have their similar type of dictionary as well.
