Hello Owen,

I was really interested to read what happened to you with SDL Trados as the same thing has just happened to me. They have sent me an invoice for PSMA but I never asked for the contract to be renewed. I'm very upset about it as it's quite a lot of money. They said that it says in section F of the PSMA contract that the contract is renewed automatically. I can't believe they would renew it without giving me any warning first.
