Outlook does not open/show messages

Dear all,

For the last 5 months Outlook Express (6 I believe) does neither show nor open any messages on my laptop.Presumably, it is not a virus, as some technicians told me. I have also run all types of Norton Antivirus scans and the laptop seems to be virus-free.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on?
I'd appreciate qualified answers.

Try the following: Dec 5, 2004

Start, then Run:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

This will re-register the Outlook dll in the Windows registry.

There's no guarantees though, good luck!

Lack of memory, maybe Dec 6, 2004

Do you have enough RAM? Outlook 6 was too big for my laptop, so I charged Pegasus, which is running fine.
