Hello everyone

I have a problem with the activation of a license.
I have purchased SDL Trados 2015- Student edition in 2015. This version is expired and now I need to use again SDL Trados so I have done the upgrade to SDL Trados 2017. The program asks me the code to activate the new license but when I put the code it tells me that I have to deactivate the old version, but I can't do that because the older license is expired so I can't go in the product activation tab and deact... Hello everyone

I have a problem with the activation of a license.
I have purchased SDL Trados 2015- Student edition in 2015. This version is expired and now I need to use again SDL Trados so I have done the upgrade to SDL Trados 2017. The program asks me the code to activate the new license but when I put the code it tells me that I have to deactivate the old version, but I can't do that because the older license is expired so I can't go in the product activation tab and deactivate from there. I tried to use the offline deactivation but it doesn't work.
I've also bought a PSMA service to have support but when I try to submit a support request it tells me it cannot find the user so I can't submit a case through the SDL support site.
Can you help me? Is there another way to contact the support? I also wrote to [email protected]
It is very important, I need to activate my license as soon as possible as I need to deliver a work. ▲ Collapse
