Hi folks,

Is there any automated fonction for formatting English digits as
7,500 or 12,000 as 7 500 or 12 000
SDL2019, Windows 7.

First: teach the software. Nov 25, 2019

It's the translator who teaches the software what it should do. So, first you should convert several numbers like in your examples: in numbers, replace commas with spaces. Probably as few as three examples will suffice. Then, Trados should follow this procedure for the other numbers of the same type. That's the most automatic method I know of, based on my experience.

If Andrzej's solution does not suffice, write a regex to perform the required formatting.
