I am a little confused here. My monitor is a 4K one, and I have set the system at 150% scaling. My eyesight is not that good but having set the scaling at 150% it works fine for me at least. But a resolution of 1920x1080 would be an alternative, of course.

So have I. The problem is that it affects all other applications. They look blurred. And even Trados itself is affected. Can you find this window in your Trados with 150% scaling?

You can "fix" it by changing the Hight DPI settings, but in this case you will have to choose what you dislike least: blurred text or text overflow.
