DeepL plug-in on Trados 2017 doesn't work

Hello everyone, I downloaded and installed the Deepl plug-in for my Trados 2017 but when I open a document on Trados, the plug-in doesn't work. Any help?

Another possibility is that you may have downloaded the wrong plugin, of course. Perhaps you should try again and check that you have the plugin for your version of Studio
