Hi
I just bought a new laptop where I want to activate the second copy of Studio Freelance Plus 2022.
On my account it says:
Users 1 1* In use 1 1* Available 0 0
How do I tell the account system that I have only one version of Studio 2022 installed and that I need the second installation available?

The shortest way I believe is to make a post at the RWS forum and request them to reset one licence. Just explain them that you actually use only one license at the moment. Probably they would reset both (I don't know if it is technically possible to reset only one of them). But be careful because as far as I know they set a time interval for such operations to prevent cheating. For example (just an imaginary scenario), if you ask them to reset both licences, you can end up with 2 new licenses p... See more

I'm afraid the only way is to do as suggested, ask RWS to reset my licence.
It's as cumbersome as can be.

I reset my licence and the second installation that was shown as active has been reset to "0".
So I think I will be able to install and activate Studio on the new laptop (will be coming on Friday, 23) and keep Studio both on my desktop computer and on the laptop.
