Transit XV changes signs ", < , >, to quot, lt, gt

Hi,

my Transit XV changes signs ", < , > to their character entities (quot, lt, gt) when I export translated html file. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

...but why should you want to change that? The entities will display correctly in the browser.
