I just installed Transit (XV Pro) on a Windows XP VM running under VMWare Fusion 3.0 (Mac OS 10.6.2). The program appears to run fine - I am, however, lost without the familiar keyboard shortcuts, in particular, Alt+Insert (there is no Insert key on a Mac). Is anyone aware of a workaround for this?
Thanks
Chris

A possible work around is to create a macro in Transit with another MAC-possible short cut, that opens the Edit menu, and then chooses Segment status | Translated. (The same is also possible from the right click context menu, where there is the option Mark segment translated, if that was available in MAC).
Hopefully, that will be helpful for you.

is a good solution - in ordrer to enter the keys you do not have, either record the macro using a "soft" keyboard on the display, or you can edit macros as a a text file, but that needs some experience with the proper syntax.

As there is no Mac version for Transit, I had to install Parallels Desktop 5.0 for Mac on my Macbook to create a Windows XP virtual machine in order to work with Transit on it. Then I created a customized shorcut for Alt + Insert.
That was the right solution
Kind regards.
