Jet packs are designed to provide stable i ring platforms rather than a means of getting into close combat. As with Jump units, ‘Jet Pack’ is not a classification in and of itself. Instead, you’ll find it occurs in addition to another – Jet Pack Infantry, for example.
Some creatures are just too big to fit into the ordinary Infantry unit category. These are towering giants that are capable of crushing a tank – like the Tyranid Carnifex, a creature bioengineered and evolved to become a living battering ram. While Monstrous Creatures use many of the Infantry rules, their size and destructive capability make them a lot more dangerous.
Combi-weapons are boltguns that have been specially modified by skilled artisans. Each has been expertly converted to house another weapon, commonly either a meltagun, plasma gun or flamer. This extra weapon carries only a limited charge, allowing the bearer a single shot – perfect for emergencies.

Тэкст арыгіналу - англійская MAXMEDIUM AGENCY and TEAM SEEFRIED have agreed to arrange the organization in line with the details determined below and the general terms and conditions of TEAM SEEFRIED (attached to this contract). The oral communications between the parties regarding the implementation of this agreement shall be confirmed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
TEAM SEEFRIED acts at any rate merely as an intermediary for services of third parties and reserves the right to contract, after having received confirmation of the reservation, in case of changes made by the suppliers to the disadvantage of the client, other suppliers to the advantage of the client on short notice.
Should a customer or a participant either withdraw from the contract or not participate in the event, TEAM SEEFRIED shall be entitled to a compensation for the arrangements made and for the expenditures incurred. In order to determine the amount of this compensation, normally not incurred expenditures as well as a normally potential alternative use of services shall be taken into consideration.
In any case, even if the customer should decide to cancel the event in total, all expenditures incurred for planning and organization shall be compensated for.
TEAM SEEFRIED shall be entitled to charge such compensation in form of a lump sum which is based on a certain percentage of the price. The amount shall be depending on the moment notice of rescission was given.

Система теплоснабжения – закрытая. Отпуск тепла осуществляется через ЦТП. В соответствии с данными Речицкого коммунального унитарного предприятия “Теплосеть”, расчетный температурный график отпуска тепла 120-70 со срезкой на 105 ОС при -16 ОС. Теплоносителем для систем горячего водоснабжения, вентиляции и систем отопления является сетевая вода. Давление прямой сетевой воды – 0,60 МПа, обратной – 0,30 МПа. Условный диаметр труб в подающей и обратной магистралях – 500 мм.
КПД котельной составляет порядка 89,3%, что соответствует удельному расходу условного топлива на отпуск тепловой энергии 160 кг/Гкал.
Нагрузки котельной по месяцам и в неотопительный (летний) период по электроэнергии и природному газу приведены, соответственно, в таблицах 1 и 2.

X. En cuanto a la cesión del contrato y subarriendo quedan prohibidos para el arrendatario.
XI. El arrendatario entrega en este acto la cantidad correspondiente a un mil (1000) euros en concepto de reserva.
XII. Tendrá lugar la resolución de pleno derecho del contrato, cuando el arrendatario incumpla su obligación de pago de la rentam así cuando tengan lugar actividades molestas, insalubres, nocivas, peligrosas o ilícitas, y cuando se incumpla por parte de arrendatario lo dispuesto en el apartado anterior respecto a la cesión y el subarriendo.

X. Настоящим договором Арендатору запрещается совершать цессию и сдавать арендуемое имущество в субаренду.
XI. Арендатор в силу настоящего договора обязуется внести сумму в размере тысячи (1000) евро в качестве залога.
XII. Полное право на расторжение данного договора наступает в случае, если арендатор не исполняет свои обязательства по уплате арендной платы, также когда с его стороны имеют место причиняющие неудобство соседям действия, вредоносные, опасные для здоровья и жизни или противоправные действия, а также в случае неисполнения Арендатором указанных в предыдущей статье договора обязательств о недопустимости цессии и сдачи арендуемого имущества в субаренду.

English-Russian-English interpreting (and translation of documents) during disassembly, checking, assembly, measurements and preoperational test runs of a gas-turbine unit.
- January 28 & 29, 2014: English-Russian-English interpreting for urban planning authorities of Minsk and ENECA (Belarusian engineering & consulting company).
- October 9th, 2014: Consecutive English-Russian-English interpreting for EU Eastern Partnership Culture Programme, Minsk, Belarus.
