'Translation providers' disappeared in analysis report

The 'Translation providers' line stopped showing up in my analysis reports.
How do I fix this?

I'm using Studio 2015. I just noticed this option stopped working recently. Since I'm unable to post screen shot, I sent you file privately.

I am very sorry but I could not find a valid SDL Trados Studio 2015 license or download of the Trial version under your name. Could you send me in a private message the 6 digits order number of the Studio 2015 license you are using?
