Saving segments "internal error" appears Trados 2017

Sorry, could anybody tell me how to solve this? when I save some
segments, there appears a screen reading: Internal error,
multiple tags with the same ID italics have different start tag properties...
The problem is that I do not know how to correct this (in all segments already translated), since
going to the program the instruction is correct each tag??
I am in the middle of a huge project! please help me to correct this, so I can
save my work. Thank you soo... See more

Obviously, you have tag errors in your translation.
Press F8 and run verification, correct all missing or erroneous tags.
