Will I keep Trados 2014 if I install 2021?

Hi,

I have Trados 2014 and it's working pretty flawlessly, but I want to try Trados 2021 new features, so I want to be sure that Trados 2021 won't try to uninstall my current version during installation (I'm sorry I'm so cautious but Trados is one of those programs I don't want to deal more than once with its installation).

Yes you will be able to keep your Trados edition 2014 as it is, it will not be impacted by the new installation of Trados 2021 edition.
You will have the two applications separatly on your PC.

Hi,

I'm not that experienced in Trados! But I remember that I have installed Trados 2019, then Installed Trados 2021 and I found out that Trados 2019 uninstalled automatically. What I know that when you install a new version of Trados, the previous version will be uninstalled automatically. I'm not sure if I forgot a step that caused the uninstallation but that is what happened with me. So, be careful.
